Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative at ADP in Vancouver, British Columbia, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for any inquiries, issues or concerns that our clients may have. Your primary role will be to assist clients in resolving their problems and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction - Provide accurate information about products and services - Resolve customer complaints, escalate issues as needed - Keep records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies - Go the extra mile to engage customers
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service - Independent and hardworking personality traits - Emotional intelligence and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
