Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team at Teck Resources Limited. As a part-time Associate Level position based in Montreal, Quebec, CA, the Remote Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels. The ideal candidate will be driven, hardworking, and possess excellent research skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction - Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication - Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools - Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits - Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints - Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies - Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements: - 3 years of customer service experience - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Strong problem-solving skills - Driven and hardworking personality - Research skills and attention to detail
