Customer Service Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Owens & Minor is currently seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This is a part-time, work from home position perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and exceeding their expectations.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any product or service-related issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers - Meet or exceed performance metrics set by the company

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a remote environment - Negotiation skills to resolve customer issues and conflicts - Energetic and reliable with a positive attitude towards customer interactions - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
