Customer Service Representative - Work from home

Gilead Sciences is looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with at least one year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Build strong relationships with customers and provide ongoing support - Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures - Maintain a high level of professionalism and positivity in all interactions with customers

Requirements: - Resourceful and motivated individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to changing situations and work well in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent
