Customer Service Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

DuPont is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. We are looking for individuals who are resilient and resourceful, with strong communication and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. 4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to address customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. 6. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. 6. Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
