Customer Service Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

3M is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity to work from home. We are looking for individuals with strong negotiation and persuasion skills who are able to provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Process orders and returns accurately - Build and maintain strong customer relationships - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Excellent problem-solving abilities - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Previous customer service experience is a plus
