Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

Gilead Sciences is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service who possess a high level of energy and resilience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain knowledge of products, services, and company policies to assist customers effectively - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless operations - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent attention to detail - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
