Job Description - Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


Kellanova Canada is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service. We are looking for individuals who are independent, passionate, and have strong people management and analysis skills.


Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner - Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner - Collaborate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain customer records and update databases as needed


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Bilingual in English and French is preferred
