Job Description - Remote Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


Yum Brands, a leading global restaurant company, is looking for a Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. This part-time entry-level position requires zero years of experience and offers a dynamic and rewarding work environment.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency - Provide product information and support to customers - Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed customer service targets and KPIs - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends - Assist in identifying areas for improvement in the customer service process


Requirements: - Resourceful and reliable personality traits - Attention to detail and leadership soft skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent - Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace for remote work
