Customer Service Specialist

Marathon Oil is currently seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals with a passion for customer service and a desire to work in a global company environment.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to customers via phone, email, and in person - Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution - Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner - Maintain accurate customer records in the database - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to effectively assist customers

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a strong willingness to learn and grow with the company - Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new software systems quickly
