Job Description - Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


Southern is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for candidates who are energetic and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, and issue resolution. 3. Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies. 4. Maintain accurate customer records and information in our CRM system. 5. Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-centric attitude. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure. 4. Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently. 5. Leadership qualities and a team player mentality. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
