Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

BlackRock, a leading financial services firm, is seeking a passionate and adaptable Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who possess excellent project management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner. 2. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 3. Collaborate with other team members to meet and exceed customer expectations. 4. Provide support to customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of customer service strategies.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Strong project management skills. 3. Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently. 4.
