Job Description:
NextEra Energy is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service to all clients and customers through various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions - Handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and managing customer accounts - Processing orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services - Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall satisfaction - Utilizing negotiation skills to effectively resolve customer issues and achieve positive outcomes - Innovating new strategies and processes to enhance customer experience and drive business growth
Requirements: - Reliable and independent individual who can effectively multitask and prioritize tasks - Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and drive results - Innovative thinker who is proactive in identifying and implementing solutions - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Must be a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
