Job Description - Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


McKesson, a leading healthcare company, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and live chat interactions. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product information. 3. Process orders and returns accurately and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns. 5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge. 6. Conduct data analysis to identify trends and improve customer satisfaction. 7. Manage time effectively to meet customer service goals and deadlines.


Requirements: 1. Hardworking individual who can work independently and in a team environment. 2. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. 3. Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide solutions. 4. 4 years of experience in customer service or related field. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 8. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
