Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team at US Foods Holding in Montreal, Quebec. As an Entry Level position, no previous experience is required. We are looking for individuals who are energetic, passionate, innovative, and skilled in negotiation to provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy to ensure customer satisfaction - Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers - Process orders accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to meet and exceed customer service goals - Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company in a professional manner at all times

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Strong problem-solving skills - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
