Customer Service Specialist - Work from home

Host Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Handle inquiries, complaints, and issues with professionalism and efficiency - Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications - Assist with billing and payment processing - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals
