Customer Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

CenterPoint Energy is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to work from home in Vancouver, British Columbia. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who are adaptable, driven, cooperative, and possess leadership qualities. As an entry-level position, we require a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients over the phone, email, and chat - Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1 year of experience in customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Reliable internet connection and home office setup - Adaptability to changing priorities and workload - Demonstrated leadership abilities and a cooperative attitude
