Job Description - Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:


Thomson Reuters is seeking a passionate and independent Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Customer Success Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional support and service to our customers.


Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and concerns - Assist customers with product onboarding, training, and troubleshooting - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback - Contribute to the development of customer success strategies and initiatives - Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong people management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers of all backgrounds - Exceptional adaptability and problem-solving skills - Passion for delivering top-notch customer service - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
