Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Humana in Toronto, Ontario. As a part-time Associate level position, the Customer Success Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role and possess the personality traits of being independent and resilient.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have - Assist with onboarding new customers and ensure they have a smooth transition to our services - Conduct research to better understand customer needs and preferences - Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the customer experience and drive retention - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and areas for improvement
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Independent and resilient personality traits - Strong strategic planning and research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
