Job Description:
MGM Resorts International is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Success Assistant in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to work closely with our Customer Success team to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities: - Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions via phone, email, or chat - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed - Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and implement solutions - Monitor customer feedback and gather insights to improve our products and services - Assist in creating and updating customer documentation and training materials - Participate in customer success initiatives and projects to enhance customer engagement and retention
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptable and confident with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong people management and project management skills - Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively - Basic knowledge of customer relationship management software and Microsoft Office - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic customer success role
