Job Description:
Xerox is looking for a part-time Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role. We are looking for someone who is driven, resourceful, and possesses strong soft skills in decision-making and creativity.
Responsibilities: - Assist the Customer Success team in managing and growing customer accounts - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Provide support to customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings - Track and analyze customer data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Driven and resourceful personality traits - Strong soft skills in decision-making and creativity
