Job Description - Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:


Ameriprise Financial is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our clients. This is a part-time, entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions - Assist clients with account inquiries, product information, and issue resolution - Work closely with our team to ensure timely and accurate processing of client requests - Maintain client records and documentation in accordance with company policies - Collaborate with other departments to address client needs and concerns - Stay informed about Ameriprise Financial products and services to better assist clients - Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and increase client retention


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role - Resilient and resourceful personality traits - Strong persuasion and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
