Job Description - Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:


Kroger in Montreal, Quebec is seeking a part-time Customer Success Assistant to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are adaptable, resilient, detail-oriented, and have a strong sense of teamwork.


Responsibilities: - Assist customers with any issues they may encounter, providing solutions and ensuring a positive experience - Communicate effectively with customers through various channels including phone, email, and social media - Document customer interactions and feedback to provide insight for improving customer satisfaction - Work closely with the Customer Success team to meet and exceed customer expectations - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and feedback - Help develop and implement strategies for improving customer success metrics - Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously improve customer service skills - Other duties as assigned


Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience preferred - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Adaptable and resilient, able to handle challenging situations with professionalism - Knowledge of basic computer programs and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent required
