Job Description - Remote Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:


Comcast is seeking a dynamic and motivated Remote Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This part-time position at the Associate Level is perfect for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and eager to support our customers remotely. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Provide remote assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions - Educate customers on the features and benefits of our products - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns - Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback - Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in our customer service processes


Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences - Strong negotiation skills - Innovative mindset to drive improvements in customer success processes - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using remote communication tools and technology - High school diploma or equivalent
