Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:

Dominion Resources is seeking a part-time Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience who is confident, adaptable, and possesses excellent planning and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist customers with any questions or issues they may have regarding our products or services - Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Analyze customer feedback and data to make recommendations for improvements - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer success

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role - Confident and adaptable personality - Strong planning and persuasion skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented and organized - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
