Job Description:
Newell Brands is seeking a diligent and self-motivated Remote Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through various channels including email, chat, and phone. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, order management, and issue resolution. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 5. Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and solve customer problems effectively. 6. Manage time efficiently to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 7. Support the customer success team in achieving department goals and KPIs. 8. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 9. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements: 1. Motivated individual with a strong work ethic. 2. Resourceful problem-solver with excellent communication skills. 3. Ability to think critically and find creative solutions to customer issues. 4. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
