Remote Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:

Roche Diagnostics is seeking a dedicated and reliable Remote Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of previous experience in customer service or a related field. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for helping customers succeed.

Responsibilities: - Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support via phone, email, and chat - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and develop reports to track customer satisfaction and retention rates - Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and feedback - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
