As a Remote Customer Success Assistant at Rogers Communications, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to our customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. This role will involve communicating with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their long-term satisfaction - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success initiatives - Present customer success metrics and updates to internal stakeholders - Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and drive retention
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software - Strong organizational and time management skills - Driven and motivated attitude with a passion for customer success - Ability to analyze data and present findings in a clear and concise manner
