Customer Success Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Penske Automotive Group is seeking a Customer Success Assistant to join our dynamic team in Toronto, Ontario. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the associate level. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Assist with onboarding new customers and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our products and services - Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, providing timely and accurate resolutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve customer concerns - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and relationship-building - Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the customer experience - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed

Requirements: - Reliable and driven individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service - Excellent cooperation and teamwork skills to work effectively with colleagues and customers - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
