Job Description:
Amphenol is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will work from home and be responsible for supporting the Customer Success team in managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the Customer Success team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining client records. 2. Communicate with clients via email, phone, and video conferencing to address any questions or concerns. 3. Assist in onboarding new clients and providing training on our products and services. 4. Monitor customer satisfaction and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop strategies for retaining and growing client accounts. 6. Assist in organizing and hosting customer events, webinars, and other promotional activities. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the highest level of customer service.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. At least 4 years of experience in customer service or sales support. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong organizational and time management skills. 5. Resourceful and reliable with the ability to work independently. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Problem-solving and presentation skills. 8. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
