Customer Success Assistant - Work from home

Job Description: Owens-Illinois, a global leader in glass packaging, is seeking a Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This is a part-time, entry-level position that offers the flexibility of working from home.

Responsibilities: - Assist the Customer Success team in providing exceptional support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and online chat, providing helpful and accurate information - Monitor customer accounts, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate - Collaborate with various departments within the company to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction - Assist in creating and maintaining documentation and resources for customers - Seek out opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and procedures
