Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

As a Customer Success Associate at Liberty Mutual Insurance Group in Vancouver, British Columbia, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our customers. This part-time Associate-level position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be reliable, driven, adaptable, and a problem solver.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Provide proactive customer support to anticipate and address potential problems - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to customers - Track customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred - At least 4 years of customer service experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
