Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

W.W. Grainger is seeking a part-time Customer Success Associate to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support, ultimately driving customer satisfaction and retention. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, reliable, and has strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address any questions or concerns - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are satisfied with our products and services - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Work closely with the operations team to resolve any issues affecting customer satisfaction - Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance customer service skills

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software - Confidence and reliability in handling customer inquiries and providing solutions - Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
