Job Description - Remote Customer Success Associate

Job Description:


As a Remote Customer Success Associate at TIAA, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall satisfaction and success of our customers. You will work remotely from your location in Toronto, Ontario, CA, and will be an integral part of our Associate Level team. This is a part-time position that requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and build relationships with our customers through regular communication and feedback - Identify customer needs and provide solutions to ensure their success and satisfaction - Monitor customer success metrics and report on key performance indicators - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Proactively address any customer issues or concerns in a timely manner - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed


Requirements: - Adaptability and resourcefulness to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams - Innovative problem-solving skills to find creative solutions to customer issues - 2 years of experience in a customer success or related role - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
