Job Description:
Ameren is seeking a Remote Customer Success Associate to join our dynamic team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. This part-time position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess the following personality traits: reliability and adaptability. Additionally, strong soft skills in time management and communication are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement - Assist in onboarding new customers and providing training on product features - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the company database
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
