Job Description:
Bank of New York Mellon Corp. is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Success Associate in Toronto, Ontario, CA. This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to kickstart their career in the banking industry.
Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services - Assist clients with account inquiries, issue resolution, and general banking transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns in a timely and efficient manner - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to clients - Stay informed about industry trends and developments to better serve our customers - Meet or exceed KPIs related to customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required, but a strong desire to learn and grow in the banking industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills - Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office - Must be able to work part-time hours, with the potential for paid overtime - Must be willing to travel occasionally for client meetings or training sessions - Must have a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
