Customer Success Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Avnet is seeking a Customer Success Associate to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. As an Entry Level position with one year of experience required, this role is ideal for someone who is resilient, resourceful, and possesses strong negotiation and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-ups - Provide product information, pricing, and updates to customers as needed - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers - Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve products and services - Monitor customer accounts and ensure they are in good standing - Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals - Manage and prioritize a high volume of customer inquiries through various communication channels

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred - 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Must have a dedicated home office space with reliable internet connection
