Customer Success Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Anthem is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Customer Success Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with our products and services - Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have in a prompt and professional manner - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers - Prepare and deliver presentations to customers to showcase the value of our products and services - Use creativity to develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs and exceed their expectations - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system - Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and trends

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Motivated self-starter with a passion for customer success - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce is a plus - Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to engage an audience - Creative problem-solving abilities and a drive for continuous improvement
