Job Description - Customer Success Associate - Work from home

Job Description:


ManpowerGroup is currently seeking a Customer Success Associate to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for highly motivated individuals who are driven, adaptable, and eager to provide exceptional customer service. The Customer Success Associate will work remotely from home, supporting our clients and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our services.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and priorities - Proactively reach out to clients to provide support and address any issues or concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist in onboarding new clients and providing training on our products or services - Prepare reports and presentations on customer success metrics and performance - Participate in meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or related role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Demonstrated leadership and analytical skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Availability to work part-time hours with flexibility based on business needs
