Job Description - Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


Precision Castparts is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall success and satisfaction of our customers. This role is crucial in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service, and driving growth for the company.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and effectively - Work closely with the sales team to onboard new customers and ensure a smooth transition - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and upsell opportunities - Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify opportunities for improvement and growth - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide innovative solutions - Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with customers to gather feedback and address any concerns - Track and report on key customer metrics and KPIs to measure success - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success to continuously improve processes and strategies


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 7+ years of experience in customer success or account management - Proven track record of successfully managing relationships with key accounts and driving growth - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment - Resilient and driven personality traits - Strong cooperation and critical thinking skills - Ability to think outside the box and find creative solutions to problems
