Remote Customer Success Manager

Job Description:

As a Remote Customer Success Manager at Estee Lauder in Vancouver, British Columbia, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with our products and services. This role requires a high level of dedication and a drive to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with the sales team to onboard new customers and provide ongoing support to ensure their satisfaction - Monitor customer usage of our products and services to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop customer success content that educates and empowers customers - Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that can be used to improve the customer experience - Execute strategic planning to maximize customer retention and loyalty - Act as a customer advocate within the company, providing feedback to the product development team on customer needs and preferences

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer success or account management role - Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention - Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills - Ability to think strategically and problem-solve effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience working remotely and managing a diverse client base
