Job Description - Customer Success Manager

Job description:


Office Depot is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec on a part-time basis. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services. You will work closely with the sales and customer support teams to address any issues or concerns that may arise and provide proactive guidance and support to help our clients achieve their goals.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their needs and objectives - Proactively reach out to clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues they may have - Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition - Collaborate with the customer support team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise - Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular reports to clients on their progress and success - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to clients - Provide training and support to clients to help them maximize the value of our products and services


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer success or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and adaptable personality traits - Innovative problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
