Job Description:
As a Customer Success Manager at Cognizant Technology Solutions, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall success and satisfaction of our clients. You will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to help them achieve their goals. This role requires a high level of adaptability and hard work, as well as strong decision-making and innovation skills.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns they may have in a timely and effective manner - Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation to better serve our clients - Monitor client accounts and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for growth - Provide guidance and support to clients throughout their journey with our company, offering training and resources as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure we are delivering the highest level of service to our clients
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technology or software company - Proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and delivering results - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills - Ability to think creatively and innovate solutions to meet client needs - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or events
