Job Description - Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


Publix Super Markets is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Customer Success Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in customer success or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations - Provide product demonstrations and trainings to customers - Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and drive product improvements - Monitor customer usage and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Analyze customer data to track and report on key performance metrics - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive retention and growth


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment and cooperate with colleagues - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals - Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software - Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
