Job Description - Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to join our team at DHL in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving retention and growth within our customer base. This role is at the Associate Level with a minimum requirement of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service. - Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers. - Monitor customer usage data and identify trends to proactively address potential issues. - Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to the product and sales teams. - Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. - Provide training and support to customers on our products and services.


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Confident and independent with the ability to work autonomously. - Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
