Job Description - Customer Success Manager

Tech Data is seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention. - Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs. - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions. - Track key metrics and report on customer success outcomes. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing customers. - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and address any issues.


Requirements: - Motivated and dedicated individual who is passionate about customer success. - Excellent emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers. - Creative problem-solving skills to effectively address customer concerns. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients and partners. - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer retention targets. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
