Job Description:
We are seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to join our team at AES in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services, and driving customer retention and growth.
Responsibilities: - Work closely with customers to understand their needs and goals - Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their needs are being met - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve the overall customer experience - Develop and implement customer success strategies and initiatives - Monitor customer satisfaction and key performance metrics - Provide regular status updates to customers and internal stakeholders - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptable and reliable personality traits - People management and planning soft skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Experience in the technology industry is a plus
