Job Description:
Unum Group is seeking a talented and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction, and driving customer retention and growth.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs and goals, and proactively addressing any issues or concerns. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, including executives, managers, and end users. 3. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Develop and implement customer success strategies and initiatives to drive customer retention and expansion. 5. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. 6. Provide training and support to clients to ensure they are maximizing the value of our products and services. 7. Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure and report on customer success metrics. 8. Lead customer meetings, business reviews, and presentations to showcase the value of our solutions.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. 2. 6+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role. 3. Strong project management and people management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Hardworking, energetic, and customer-focused. 7. Experience working with cross-functional teams. 8. Knowledge of CRM systems and customer success tools. 9. Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
