Job Description - Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


CenterPoint Energy is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Customer Success Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA on a part-time basis. As a Customer Success Manager at CenterPoint Energy, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers' success and satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services. 2. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to address any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential upsell opportunities. 4. Develop and implement customer success strategies and initiatives to drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth. 5. Provide regular reports and updates to management on customer satisfaction, retention rates, and revenue metrics. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience. 7. Conduct customer training sessions and webinars to ensure customers are maximizing the value of our products and services.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a customer success or account management position. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Creativity and problem-solving skills. 5. Strong planning and organizational skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Experience with CRM software and customer success tools is a plus.
