Job Description - Customer Success Manager - Work from home

As a Customer Success Manager at DHL, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. This role is remote, offering the flexibility to work from home in Toronto, Ontario. We are seeking a resourceful and energetic individual with excellent people management and project management skills to join our team at the Associate level.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their expectations - Manage customer accounts, including onboarding, ongoing support, and renewal processes - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and address customer issues in a timely manner - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and upselling - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide expert advice and guidance to clients


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and meeting targets - Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Resourceful and energetic personality traits
